RISE Fest only happens because the community shows up to build it. Here is how you can be part of the 2027 festival.
Stallholders
Bring your business, creativity and local produce to RISE Fest! We’re welcoming food and beverage carts, local growers and producers, fundraisers, artists, makers and craft stalls to be part of the weekend. With 60+ stalls across our vibrant Market & Food Village, there’s plenty of opportunity to showcase your products, connect with the community and be part of RISE Fest. Open Saturday & Sunday 9.30am - 4pm. To celebrate our first year, stall fees have been discounted by 50%. To help us keep RISE Fest clean and sustainable, no glassware is permitted, and all stallholders are responsible for taking their own rubbish with them at the end of the event. Spaces are limited, so get your application in early!

Bands, Musicians and Artists
We're looking for bands, solo artists, musicians, DJ's, performers and entertainers to help bring RISE Fest to life across the entire weekend. The festival kicks off with live DJs on Friday night, followed by a full programme of live music and entertainment throughout Saturday and Sunday. Whether you’re an established act, an emerging artist or have something unique to share, we’d love to hear from you and showcase your talent to our community. Bring your sound. Bring your energy.

Wellness, Healers and Workshops
Our Health & Wellness Zone will feature approximately 20 spaces dedicated to health, wellbeing and holistic practices. We’re inviting yoga teachers, bodyworkers, breathwork and sound practitioners and wellness providers to share their knowledge and offer experiences throughout the festival. Professional practitioners will also have the opportunity to host interactive workshops and sessions, creating a space for people to learn, connect, unwind and explore new ways to support their wellbeing.

Volunteers
We need you! RISE Fest is built by our community, and we’re looking for a fantastic crew of volunteers to help make the festival a success. Whether you can help at the gate, with setup or pack-down, provide general support throughout the weekend, or join our core setup team from Monday to Thursday, there’s a place for you. Give us a few hours, or get involved for the whole journey. Your time, energy and helping hands can make a real difference. As a thank you, volunteers can swap their volunteer hours for festival tickets. Come behind the scenes, be part of the crew and help us make RISE Fest happen!
