Rinholio is a 3 piece Tasman/Nelson based band playing original blues, rock, funk & reggae songs written by Darrin Andrews. Powerful,compelling grooves & soaring guitar solos with a powerhouse rhythm section create flowing dynamics & melodic musical journeys. Lyrics are inspired by the beauty of our country’s nature & landscapes, human emotions & experiences. The line-up is Darrin Andrews on electric & lap steel guitars & vocals, Stephen Rance on bass guitar & backing vocals & Kieran McKay on drums. The band often includes a percussionist & extra backing vocalist.
